As regular CFZ-watchers will know, for some time Corinna has been doing a column for Animals & Men and a regular segment on On The Track... particularly about out-of-place birds and rare vagrants. There seem to be more and more bird stories from all over the world hitting the news these days so, to make room for them all - and to give them all equal and worthy coverage - she has set up this new blog to cover all things feathery and Fortean.

RSPB launches own board game

UK conservation charity teams with Pants On Fire Games to develop new bird spotting board game

The RSPB has teamed with Pants On Fire Games to launch a new board game to boost kids' and parents' understanding of the British countryside.

The game - titled Wing It - challenges players to become the first to spot different birds around the UK.

The collaboration between the award winning board game design company and the UK conservation charity has seen the game make use of the RSPB's image library while the selection of birds and locations was made using the knowledge of RSPB wardens.
