People
in mid-Norfolk will have the opportunity to learn benefits of bird watching
during an upcoming bird therapy walk.
The
walk will take place on March 4 in Lyng and it will be hosted by Joe Harkness,
a qualified teacher who encourages people experiencing mental health
difficulties to explore the countryside.
Bird
therapy uses birdwatching and the outdoors to help reduce the symptoms of
mental problems such as anxiety and depression.
