As regular CFZ-watchers will know, for some time Corinna has been doing a column for Animals & Men and a regular segment on On The Track... particularly about out-of-place birds and rare vagrants. There seem to be more and more bird stories from all over the world hitting the news these days so, to make room for them all - and to give them all equal and worthy coverage - she has set up this new blog to cover all things feathery and Fortean.

Tuesday April 22nd: Happy Birthday Audubon

The Audubon Society of New Hampshire is celebrating 100 years of protecting habitats and threatened wildlife species across the state. It all began in 1914 as part of a movement to restore migratory bird populations which were declining due to over hunting but today The Audubon's mission isn't just for the birds.

Whether you have an interest in showing horses at the national level or you're simply looking to take riding stables Verrill Stables in Danville has a program for you.
